The Waverley Mills Field Blanket Charcoal draws on its military origins to offer durability, warmth, and reliability for everyday adventures, travel, and outdoor life. Made from 70% new Australian wool and 30% recycled wool with 29-micron fibres, a soft 3 cm fringe, and measuring 150 x 110 cm, it is lightweight yet robust at approximately 700 grams. Each throw combines recycled wool offcuts with new yarn, creating a unique, variegated pattern that tells a story in every piece. Easy to care for with cold hand wash or dry clean, slight variations in colour, texture, and size are natural features of this handcrafted Tasmanian design.
