Shipping
We offer flat rate shipping for $13 Australia wide and Express Post for an additional $4 per parcel. We are currently unable to ship to countries outside of Australia, though we are reviewing international delivery options and hope to commence shipping to all our global customers in the future.
General Return Policy
Please take care when selecting your purchases. We do not offer refunds for wrong decision or change of mind. We understand you cannot try garments on before purchasing online, so we are happy to provide you with an exchange or credit note on full priced items, should they meet the below requirements:
- Garments should be returned new, unused and with all tags still attached. Returned items that have been worn, washed, damaged or had their tags removed will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer.
- The following exclusions apply to change of mind returns: underwear, hosiery, and cosmetics/skin care products.
Faulty
In accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission if the item we have sent has a minor fault then we have the right to repair the fault to the product and send it back to you. If we believe the fault cannot be repaired then we will send to you a replacement product, which matches your original purchase. However, if we are unable to repair or replace your faulty item then we will reimburse you in full for your purchase. This does not include items that are sold with faults disclosed or items that are discounted. Refunds or exchanges will not be given for items that have been damaged by unreasonable or unintended use or care. Please take note of care labels attached to woollen garments. Where no labels are attached, information about the care of woollen items is available by emailing shop@taswoolcentre.com.au. Should you choose not to follow the recommended care, any resulting damage is your responsibility.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of purchase. They can be redeemed in store.
