Ordering

Ordering goods online - Tasmanian Wool Centre RossTo order any item on this site, just click on the add to cart button beside the item you are interested in and follow the prompts to complete the necessary details. You can continue to add items to your order. Once you are finished browsing, follow the prompts to complete your details and email the order form. 

On receipt of your order we will check the availability and contact you to arrange payment. If we have the stock on hand, the sale will be processed and the goods dispatched immediately.

As a small outlet we don’t always have all sizes and colours on hand but, where possible, we are always happy to order something just for you. Most of our suppliers have a quick turnaround and your order should be able to be filled within a fortnight. Sometimes things may take a little longer but we will let you know if this is going to be the case.


All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and inclusive of GST (Goods & Services Tax).

Additional Information for Overseas Customers:
If you are located outside Australia, GST is not payable. We will deduct GST (10%) from your order. Your credit card company will automatically convert any transactions into your local currency. Please specify if you would like your order sent by airmail or seamail. Please note, for orders from New Zealand and the Asia/Pacific region sea mail is not available. Please specify if you want your order insured.

 

Payment

Once your order has been processed in our system and availability has been confirmed you will be contacted to arrange payment. We accept money orders or cheque and can process payments via your Visa, Mastercard, Diners, American Express or JCB card. You can provide your credit card details to us over the phone to fax them to us if you prefer.

Please Note:

  • your order may take a little longer if paying by cheque as we are required to clear the payment before dispatching your goods
  • payment for overseas orders must be by credit card
 

Delivery

Shopping online with Tasmanian Wool Centre Ross TasmaniaWe use Australia Post as our delivery service. Unless otherwise requested all orders are sent by standard mail. If the item will fit into standard Australia Post satchels the price within Australia is $8.00 for a maximum weight of 500 grams (satchel size: 355mm x 220mm) and $12.50 for a maximum weight of 3 kilograms (satchel size: 405mm x 310mm. Returns

Return of faulty goods

If you find your garment is faulty, our policy is to repair or replace the goods or refund the price of those goods at our discretion. You must notify our office by phone, fax or email so that postage arrangements can be made. The faulty goods must be returned with proof of purchase, return address and contact number. If you have any queries regarding exchange or refund, please contact our office to discuss.

Return of non-faulty goods

Online shopping with Tasmanian Wool Centre - Ross TasmaniaWith regard to goods which are non-faulty, but you wish to exchange (eg incorrect size) only unworn garments may be returned.

You must notify our office by phone, fax or email within five working days of receiving the goods. Garments must be returned in original condition, with all tags attached, and your receipt must be included as proof of purchase, along with your return address and contact number. The cost of postage is the responsibility of the purchaser. The Tasmanian Wool Centre will then send the replacement garment/s free of charge within Australia. Outside Australia, normal international postage rates will apply. If we are unable to provide a replacement garment, or a suitable alternative, either a credit or a refund will be issued, at the Tasmanian Wool Centre's discretion. Refunds will be processed using the credit card provided for the original sale and the receipt will be posted to you.
